On-Base Custom Examples

By ordering a commission from me, buyer agrees with these terms stated in the contract, you agree to the following:I, as the Artist:
·Maintain the right to post commissions to my social media for advertising. However, I will not post pieces upon request.
·Am allowed turn down any commission for any reason.You, as the Client:
·Are assumed to have full rights and permission to the character(s) you are getting art of. Please get permission before ordering art of other people's character(s).
·Can NOT use your commission for a profit, unless you have purchased commercial rights (se below for commercial rights info).
·You are allowed to use the artwork for personal use; claim ownership of the characters, but not the art itself. You may edit, crop, and resize the artwork. You may share the artwork on your own social media pages or use it to promote yourself/repost given the proper credits back to me.─── ⋆⋅☆⋅⋆ ───General:
Turnaround is within 2-5 weeks after I receive the full payment and depending on your position in my queue. Any delays for whatever reason will be communicated with you. Rush fees can also be discussed.I will provide you the sketch of the commission, to confirm every thing is accurate and if it needs changes. Larger changes or changes later into the commission progress may result in added costs.Please be able to provide a clear reference (or a description for customs) of your character(s)'s appearance.You MUST state if your commission will be used for personal use or commercial use. If you are to use it for commercial purposes, rights to use it will be 3x the original price. This is the same for my designs/customs.After the order is confirmed, I will add you to my current work queue and begin working on your commission as soon as your turn comes up in my queue. You will be notified when I start. Queue is public, please let me know if you would like to remain anonymous.

Payment is via Paypal Invoice, Cashapp or Venmo. All prices are in USD.Commission begins only when payment is received.

Refunds:
I allow full refunds before I've begun work, partial if I'm partway through, and no refund once I've finished your piece.By refunding a design/custom, you are agreeing to lose any and all rights to the character's likeness and it's art. The character will be returned to my Toyhou.se. I am allowed to resell/use the design that you have refunded.─── ⋆⋅☆⋅⋆ ───Design TOS:
By purchasing/receiving a design made by myself, you are accepting all and any rights to said design. I am not to use the design in any way, other than to post as example of my work and/or character design. Credit for the design MUST be given to me.Once payment is recieved, the character is now under your control; I have no rights to the design other than credit. I will not 'revoke' a design. Resell/trade as you see fit. Just try not to scam people, you know?
